Dudley man who wielded an axe in Willenhall Tesco car park 'had no intention of hurting anyone'

Well folks, a rather unusual incident unfolded recently at our very own Tesco car park here in Willenhall. A gentleman from Dudley was involved in an event where an axe was present. Thankfully, it's reported he had no intention of causing harm to anyone in our community.
