Willenhall residents living in anti-social behaviour hotspot speak of ‘hell’

Oh dear, it sounds like things have been really tough for some of our neighbours in Willenhall lately. We've heard reports of anti-social behaviour causing a real headache for residents, and people are describing it as living through 'hell'.
